What was the highlight of Ramada by Wyndham Madrid Getafe
Good
The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was ok although it does not have a huge selection. Quick and early check-in as we arrived around noon.
With an extra bed, the room feels very small plus they charge you for a 2year old. I didn't see any amenities to call it a 4* hotel. 4€ parking/day within the hotel premises although there is plenty of space outside.

This would be a great hotel if the management could sort out the gripes
This ought to be a very nice hotel in the perfect position (especially if you arrive by Tesla as the hotel has a bank of superchargers. Just a couple of things let it down.
First, the check-in was somewhat chaotic and took far longer than normal. The staff said this was because they'd just introduced a new computer system - hopefully we were just unlucky and this is now working. The other frustration was breakfast - it's a nice room with the necessary facilities but the orange juice was watered down and unpleasant (despite a juicing machine sitting at the bar unused); hot water was provided by jug (the coffee machine lacks this option) but it hadn't been filled so we had to ask at the bar; and the staff were also slow to refill the bread options.

Very Good
Rooms were great
Breakfast has the basics, had much better in other hotels with the same star rating and similar price. Annoying issue with the dishwasher, cups were not clean at all, it happened everyday, it wasn't a one off.
